Field Service Technician

EOEDuties:
o Maintain and repair copiers at various customer locationso Troubleshoot/diagnose digital copier problems in a connected environmento Interact with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with the service performedo Install all manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications and updates on assigned equipmento Process required paperwork associated with service of equipmento Maintain and manage own parts inventoryo Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
o High School diploma requiredo Experience in supporting multi-vendor productso A
Certification is a pluso Hardware/software troubleshootingo Connectivity experience a MUSTo Interpersonal skills and strong customer communication skillso A relatively high level of analytical ability to identify solutions to human, technical, or administrative problemso Ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of technical manuals, parts books, and relevant publicationso Valid driver's license and insurable driving record,o Strong organizational skillsPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:
o Ability to move frequently, walk, stoop, bend, squat, and kneelo Ability to lift tool cases and assorted service-related tools weighing 25 to 50 poundso Ability to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company-relat.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
